Tara Hawkins owner of Hawkins Legal Nurse Consulting. She has over 40+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is a licensed registered nurse, graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Chapman University with a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources. Tara’s specialties are nursing leadership, critical care nursing, leadership development and consulting, nursing education, and case management. Tara has always been recognized as an expert and leader in her field with excellent communication skills, an ability for astute problem identification with successful interventions for resolution, and integrity. Tara has a passion for helping others and ensuring they receive the best service with respect and dignity. Tara’s priorities with Hawkins Legal Nurse Consulting is to provide all of her clients with quality work products with integrity and exceptional service.

In her spare time, Tara loves the great outdoors, especially any place near water. Tara swims for exercise and loves a good board or outdoor game. A little competitive. Tara loves gardening, cooking, baking (pie maker of the family), kayaking, and hiking with her friends of the Blister Sisters Hiking Club. Tara has always loved animals, and recently adopted her new best friend Goose, a half-Great Dane and half-Lab mix, the love of her life . Well, don’t forget her two daughters and son. She feels very blessed.
